INSPECTION:
Our experienced personnel will
personally walk your fire escape, and visually inspect all components. During all inspections we preform a lead paint test, and pressure test all steps.
Repair: We replace all rotten, missing and broken bolts. Replace all rotten steps. Repair railings, ladders and platforms.
Scrape: We use hand and power tools to remove all loose rot and paint to bare metal. A coating of Rustoleum Rusty Metal Primer is applied to help prevent further rot.
Painting: We Apply 2 coats of Rustoleum metal paint to the fire escapes.
